It would be good to know how large this DB gets in practice. If it doesn't get very big, it might be worth moving away from a SQLite implementation to a JSON implementation.
It would also be good to see how many items are stored for various datasets, so that we get a sense of whether or not there are specific add-ons taking up a ton of storage.
