  1. Launch Settings app
  2. Bluetooth -> Enable Bluetooth -> Enable Visible to all
  3. Make a bluetooth pair with another device
  4. Transfer file into Flame

  Transfer successfully

[Actual Result]
  Cannot transfer file through bluetooth (show no memory card)

This issue should be same root cause as issue 985768, will be fixed on next SW release, thanks

Yes, this bug happened with no SD card and depends on #985768
Now waiting for the latest build to verify it

I didn't bother filing one for every bug that had to do with the SDcard.

This looks fixed in 10B
