This bug no longer reproduces. Tested latest nightly v1.4, v2.0 and master (v2.1) builds on Flame device.

This bug reproduces.
If you enable the resolution menu in config.js and select cif or qcif for video, you can find it.
Step:
1) Camera
2) Setting - video resolution - cif or qcif
3) record video
4) thumbnail - preview gallery
Default icon display only cif/qicf video files.
I can't find it in 720p or 1080p video files.

I'm pretty sure we fixed this bug. In any case, MediaFrame now uses background-image instead of an <img> element, so it must be fixed now.
