Found this issue while testing on Firefox 29 beta 2.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. GO to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/29.0/firstrun/
3. Start the first run tour
4. Hover over an icon from the Menu Panel

Expected results:
The hovered icon is focused and it's tooltip is shown.

Actual results:
I've captured two inconsistencies:
1. The focus sometimes disappear.
2. The focus jumps to other icons from the Menu Panel.

Notes:
- this issue is Linux specific. It does not reproduce under Windows and Mac OS platforms.
- this happens quite random, I could not find a pattern; sometimes it also displays the tooltip.

If it's only during the tour it's probably related to the @noautohide. Since the tour is so short-lived, I think this isn't a big deal.
