I tried to find the code that added the "Open Mozilla/Netscape" menu choice and
couldn't.  It seems that this was added only on the Netscape61_RELEASE branch
and never on the trunk.

Should I open a bug about that "feature" being missing in mozilla0.9.4?

Regardless of that, I've opened bug 98805 to track the addition of a
confirmation dialog to be displayed when this "Disable QuickLaunch" menu choice
is selected.
Yeah, I only added it to the branch, because at the time it was temporary (we
planned on getting a fully-featured menu in for emojo), and I didn't feel like
dealing with replacing Mozilla and Netscape appropriately for the temporary item.
