We need a simple way to run the server and ensure everything is running okay.
I've been adding a circus.ini file on the server, but we need to check it in the repository.

Any circus stuff should go into the puppet-config repo at: https://github.com/mozilla-services/puppet-config as that's where we provision servers from. 

We actually have a puppet-module that creates the ini for us. Here is how we run fxa-auth-server (nodejs):

Then maybe this is the signal that we need to start puppetizing loads. Created bug 988267 about that. Closing this one.
