We should help Jeremie figure out where we're pulling definitions into Thimble from and what list of terms we have covered.

The MDN is working on a simplified and streamlined glossary that we could contribute to and/or replace whatever we're currently using inside of Thimble with. They're draft plan around the MDN Learning Area is here, and I've been talking with Jeremie and the MDN to coordinate Webmaker's involvement in this and other pieces of the work:

Thanks Laura, it will be amazingly helpful :)
we initially crawled MDN once for that information, which ended up in several files (now found as https://github.com/mozilla/thimble.webmaker.org/blob/master/locale/en_US/html-element-docs.json and https://github.com/mozilla/thimble.webmaker.org/blob/master/locale/en_US/css-property-docs.json) however, this was more a one-time thing that we've not revisited since.

Okay, so this is mostly a list of HTML tags and CSS properties.

Don't you use any "generic" termes to explain them thought the Thimble interface?
Ahh, now I understand what you're asking. Yes, we used commenting within individual projects to explain a variety of concepts. These explanations are written with learning in mind, so they're a great place to pull from. Unfortunately, it's no easy task to extrapolate these because they're unique depending on the project:

Look here and see the comments in the HTML:

We were doing this before we had built in the tutorial feature. Our team can definitely help making the glossary "learny", if that's what you're going for. Just need to know how best to help here!
