98790 - Windows 98-- Unable to print any thing on the browser

Seen on windows 98 only (branch build: 2001-09-07-05-0.9.4).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the browser.
2. Select Edit > Preferences > Navigator > 
3. Select "PRINT" (a little square).
4. Select File > Print
Note: It does not print anything.
OR click on the "Print icon" in the navigation toolbar. It still does not print.
However, it prints fine on Netscape 4.x or Microsoft word.

We have seen this before.. seems to be a driver issue, but we do have a bug open 
to try to solve why this driver issues seems to be hitting only mozilla.  Talk 
with Sujay about getting your printing solved.. he fixed a few computers up 
there with this same problem.  Seems to be the same problem as 86989.. but 
before I dup this.. I will have Sujay verify its the same problem.
