To get Boku working we probably want to use the payment provider abstraction: https://github.com/mozilla/webpay/blob/master/lib/solitude/api.py#L198-L287 However, this only supports Zippy. If we want to turn it on, we need to do some work for Bango. We need to implement the provider transaction and product APIs in Solitude and hook it up with UNIVERSAL_PAYMENTS=True
