There's apparently no real end to how much slower we can become at running browser-chrome: https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=36699705&tree=Mozilla-Inbound was maybe a few minutes away, https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=36689452&tree=Mozilla-Inbound was seconds away, already into shutdown.
