not sure if this would be considered a dup of bug 98667... found using 2001.09.04.08-comm bits on Mac OS X [10.0.4]; will test on mac classic soon... 1. enter about:config in URL and hit return to load it. 2. browser another page --i just selected one of my bookmarks. 3. repeat step 1. result: app crashes. yep this happens on mac os 9.1 [classic emul], using the same recipe. interestingly, i also got this to happen on winnt and linux as well, but with a somewhat different recipe: before revisiting about:config, go to http://java.sun.com/. the odd thing there is that i have java installed on winnt [2001.09.04.00], but not on linux [2001.09.04.08].
