Tokbox' JS library [1] does a few things that doesn't work well in Firefox OS. This bug is to track the required changes to be done in the library.

This PR adds a working version of the TB lib for FirefoxOS. I would be great if the changes added here could be added to the TB upstream codebase. In the mean time we can have this though.

This PR basically adds a working version of the TB lib for FxOS. For now it is OK IMHO but I guess more hacking on it might be necessary as the app requires.
