The start and end times of calendar events will change if the user toggles the 'Set automatically' button in the Date & Time settings menu. The difference in event time is identical to the change in time on the device when toggling 'Set automatically'. 
Ex: device time = 9am, event start = 12pm. After toggling the 'Set automatically' button, the device time is 11am. The start time for the event is now 2pm.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140326000201
2) Create an event in the calendar with a specific start/end time.
3) Launch Settings, and navigate to 'Date & Time'.
4) Toggle the 'Set automatically' option. - observe time on device changes
5) Return to Calendar.
6) Observe start/end time of event created in step 2.

Actual:
The start/end time for the event has changed.

Expected:
The start/end time have not changed.

can we get triage to look at this?  sounds like set time/date is not working correctly with calendar.

I think this might not be a bug. 
If we toggle 'Set automatically' to change timezone,
it is supported to change start/end time in the event.
