I just noticed this while poking at bug 973694. Instead of the brighter highlight line that's expected at the top of the window, we get a dark line of pixels.

Seems to be in Nightly only - I don't see it in Aurora.

I'll see if I can find a regression range.

This highlight comes back if we stop drawing in the titlebar.

Hey Steven - do you happen to know where that highlight comes from when we draw the titlebar ourselves?

Ah, this is because I had OMTC disabled. Flipping OMTC back on again fixes the issue.

And we ship OMTC by default. I doubt supporting OMTC-off is a high priority, or even something we'd consider. I think this is a WONTFIX.

I don't know off the top of my head.  Markus Stange may.

But it sounds like this is no longer a high priority :-)
