Details
Now JS warnings has been hidden by default. Web developers will not notice even if we added more deprecated warnings. It will be just waste of cycle and binary size.

We want telemetry as well, and in fact heycam is hooking up something here. But we also want the deprecation warnings to be visible to web authors.
