The goal of this probe is to measure how people interact with (or ignore/close) Mozilla messaging.

We want to measure 1) click, 2) dismiss, 3) ignore of the following Mozilla messages:
* Product Announcements (in notification bar)
* Home banner (home page)

We are also interested in measuring which messages get the most traffic, so some kind of message id should be recorded.
