It could be handy for the client to know when an url expires. I believe we should return that as an additional info.
Why does this block mlp? I don't see us doing anything on the client side wrt before MLP (nor am I sure where the requirement has come from).
You're right, that may not be blocking MLP but only MVP. Basically, it's because the client should be able to discard expired tokens (not show them to the user anymore once expired).
