Currently Send Tab lies: it says it has sent the tab when in fact it will request a sync that will fail (because user action is needed). It should proceed to send the tab in the future. It is more immediate to show that the tab cannot be sent and re-direct to the status activity in this case. (Of course, the user will need to repeat the Send Tab request after re-connecting their account.)
