* Steps to reproduce:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Launch Camera
2. Switch to Video 
3. Try to take a video
   --> An error message "Video not recorded. An error prevented Cameta from recording the video" appears.

Please see attached adb logcat. Tests starts at: 03-28 02:55:14.313

This is a regression from yesterday's build.

On my device we fail with:
I/Gecko   (26137): Couldn't create file '/mnt/sdcard/DCIM/100MZLLA/VID_0004.3gp': (13) Permission denied

(I turned on logging in dom/camera/CameraCommon.h to see that).

MikeH helped understand what's going on, and we need to uplift bug 910498 to fix that issue.

I verified that this works, so I'll go on with doing that.
