Details

It happens on Win2k sp2, with Mozilla 2001090808. Whenever the "down arrow" of a combo box in a web page is visible the CPU usage becomes 100%. It looks like the combo box keeps redrawing itself because the mouse pointer flickers when hover over the combo box. (Sorry the component field was chosen by guessing)
