The performance team likes to keep bugs in our sprint that are owned by people who are not on our team but are nonetheless working on performance issues. Those bugs are contributing to our overall points numbers for each sprint and we have to do a mental calculation each time to subtract those numbers out in order to have a correct picture of our point load. This bug is about changing scrumbugs to have an inclusive/exclusive checkbox in the sprint and/or team settings page that determines the behavior of the numbers view. If the setting is exclusive, the numbers view will show the total and break it out into team and non-team numbers. If it is inclusive, it behaves as it always has and just shows the total number of points in the sprint.
