bug 988066 comment 4 noted that layout/reftests/invalidation/reftest.list is only run on b2g. It looks like that line was added by http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/d932f2172ce2 (Enable larger set of reftests on B2G emulators) and before that we never ran those tests at all because the changeset that added this direction forgot to include it's reftest.list file in layout/reftest/reftest.list.
try run to enable it everywhere
