Details

With helping of Lawrence, Edward, and Hubert, we are now able to finish most test cases in v1.3. However, not all the modified test cases was extracted. I hope I can finished this so that the mtbf_app can be reused in every version

We seperated MTBF driver, mtbf apps, and other related stuffs to MTBF driver repository. https://github.com/Mozilla-TWQA/MTBF-Driver We will continue on editing/creating more test cases.
