User Story

As a user, I want an app icon to display on the homescreen for installed or bookmarked apps so that I can always launch the app from the grid.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. When installing or bookmarking an app, it is added to the homescreen, matching the functionality in 1.4.
2. When an icon is added to the homepage, it will appear on the homepage in the last division in the next available position.
3. Interaction matches UX spec.

Based on the work done in the dependent bugs, icon addition should now work for both applications and bookmarks.
