98991 - Pressing page down or page up doesn't move the cursor

When composing a message, pressing the page up or page down button doesn't move
the cursor, instead, it does what whould have happened if you would have used
the scrollbar.
Okay, so what happens?
Well, I fire up Mozilla, open Mail& News because I want to send some mail, it is
quite a long mail.
After writing the message, I use page up to navigate trough the document,
reading what I just wrote. I see a type, I press an arrow key to navigate to the
typo and... I skip back to the end of the document... that's irritating.

I'm using a recent nightly (20010907) on Debian Potato with Ximian Gnome.
