Steps to reproduce:
Twitter exhibits this issue: the top bar sometimes is rendered at a fraction of what it should, or rendered very blurry. Intermittent, visit https://mobile.twitter.com/FirefoxNightly and randomly navigate around (click into comments or posts and press back. Leave into main twitter page then press hardware back key back into @FirefoxNightly )
Regression this doesn't happen in Firefox 28.
