Details

Our text widgets and html editors have always had different behaviors.  There 
have been requests for further differentiation between different consumers of the 
html editor (eg, mail, composer, and other consumers that shall only be named in 
bugscape but you all know what I mean anyway).

So I need representatives from these consumers to step up and tell me what they 
need.
