User Story

As a user, I want to be able to determine which app icons that I can edit so that I can quickly determine which apps I can edit the title/URL for instead of repeatedly trying the edit mechanism.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. After entering edit mode (defined by UX spec), I can visually determine which app icons are editable prior to attempting to initiate an edit, as per UX spec.
No description provided.

This was handled as a part of bug 990029. Icons are now known to be editable by showing a background and a border around each one as in the UX spec.
