Steps to reproduce:

I am having embeded svg images on a SVG, I am scaling the image and flipping horizontally, 
you will see the issue on the following link: 
http://jsfiddle.net/davidaco/e66b8/1/

Using Firefox = 28.0
OS =  OSX 10.9.2



Actual results:

image appears fuzzy


Expected results:

should display all images correctly
