You should just land this yourself when bug 962159 is fixed - I don't think we need bugs to track this in the general case :)

Well, other than the fact that we've meant to unset it every cycle since last April, and I think we've only actually done it once, and that once with a DONTBUILD that seeing the patch with the actual commit message it was going to have could have caught.
