currently up to clone source action.

running into issue where I hit 'signature' and 'not responding errors'

I am not sure if this is to do with cert or fingerprint issues or hg not being found in path.

Although prior to the error 'hg version' works, so windows must see it in the path.

for reasons in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=858797#c15, this will be put on hold until we are back at the stage of being ready to resolve this with our new build strategy.
