Details

To have following 3 options in WIFI.
1. Never connect during sleep mode.
2. Always connect during sleep mode. => this need OEM's help to enhance this power consumption.
3. Only connect when device is in charge mode during sleep mode. 

Because it is a hardware dependent feature, we need to have a property to decide if we need to show option 2.

Just to clarify, this bug is only to implement the hardware property?

No only hardware, but also software. However, the main software implementations are in driver and wpa_supplicant which are owned by OEM/Chip vendor.
