WFM on 31.0a1 (2014-04-01), win 7 x64
Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled):
http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode
And on a new, empty profile:
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
If you're still able to reproduce after these, please attach a screenshot.

The issue is the same in 3 cases: Firefox safe mode, using a new profile, and in Google Chrome. See screenshot.

The main page has a donation link, clicking on it brought up badly formatted and non-working display at the following url:
https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/givenow-seq?ref=EOYFR2014&utm_campaign=EOYFR2014&utm_source=firefox&utm_medium=snippet&utm_content=SelectAMT_test2&snippet_name=4807#page-2

Scrolling down from the previous screenshot, shows the content in this one.

Apologies, can't seem to edit previous comments (first time using bugzilla!)
Platform: Windows 7, Firefox 33.0.2.
FF33.1 on Mac OS 10.10 appears to work fine.

Ok, after all that spam, it seems that the only way to actually disable NoScript is to remove it completely, nothing else works. Ignore me, sorry.
