In HSP PTS test case TC_AG_IAC_BV_01_I, device connects to PTS dongle but are not aware of HSP connection, therefore reject SCO connection for incoming call.

Per offline discussion w/ Eric and Jamin, this is a temporary bug if we run HSP test case right after HFP one w/o deleting link key. Device remembers the channel number of HFP connection and doesn't regard it as HSP connection.
Close this bug as invalid.
