+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #956175 +++ I suspect the old keyboard suffers long launch time because we only start loading the keyboard after hashchange event. We should be able to pre-load the layouts by inject some <script>s on build time. This might not be a valid bug if we can measure the old keyboard launch timing and proven otherwise.
