Shared image and pixmaps should be added to the xlib gfx for a good performance
enhancement.  It also needs to be added to the xlibrgb code.  Also, if it's
added it needs to have fallbacks to regular behaviour for servers that either
don't support it or are buggy and crash when you try to use it.
