Should be:
load-js-data-url-error=For security reasons, javascript and data urls cannot be loaded from the history window or sidebar.

I think it should also be `JavaScript` and not `javascript`

If you browse through:
https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=javascript+urls&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8#q=%22javascript+urls%22&rls=en

you'll see either:

"javascript: URL" or "JavaScript URL(s)", since this isn't `javascript: and/or data:`, it should be `JavaScript and data`.
