I tried to reproduce this from Firefox 28, on MacOSX with a Brother MFC-7860, and it worked ok - no cut-off lines. So it may be specific to your OS or the printer driver.

I can reproduce on Linux Nightly.
For me, page 1 ends with this image: http://www.hep.shef.ac.uk/research/dm/images/drift2b.png
And page 2 starts with a cut off line that's illegible, followed by this text (visible):
> High Precision Measurements of Carbon Disulfide Negative Ion
> Mobility and Diffusion (2013) arXiv:1301.7145v2
So that means this text is all clipped & not printed, between page 1 and 2:
> Recent Papers and Drafts
>
> A list of papers is given at the end of these pages. Below are links to our CYGNUS
> meetings that contain detailed information on progress for DRIFT and all the other
> directional efforts.
>
> Radon backgrounds in the DRIFT-II directional dark matter experiments (2013) arXiv1307.5525

It is doing this in more than just Linux -- found that this also happens with Firefox 28.0 (claims that it is latest version) on Windows 7, both in Print Preview and the actual printed output. Actually it can cut off parts of lines as well as whole lines.

Yeah, I suspect that for the folks who didn't see it, things were working out due to font-sizing or margin differences between platforms (which can make printing issues more or less obvious, depending on what lands on the page boundary and how much we have to shrink-to-fit the content.)
> It does not happen in chromium for me.
That's not surprising. :) chromium uses a different rendering engine.
