Description:
When the user enters the 'screen lock' tab in the security settings and enables a passcode lock, after the first four-digit passcode is entered there is no indication to the user that the typing area has moved to the next line (or 'confirm passcode' line). There is also no indication that the 'create' button is becomes enabled. While the user is still typing either of the passcodes, the create button remains a faded (seemingly disabled) light grey color. After the user has completed typing of both passcodes, the create button remains the same disabled-appearing light grey color. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140402094402
2) Tap the settings icon
3) Scroll down and tap the Screen Lock optin
4) Enable passcode lock
5) Type and fill in both (matching) passcodes
6) Observe lack of typing and create-readiness indications

Actual:
No indication to user of line change when typing or create button becoming enabled.

Expected:
All UI easy for user to use and understand.
