This is a bit of a unknown bug at the moment, we'll need to figure it out in more detail. There are two kinds of Boku merchant-id and service-id's. Ones that have been created using a specific sign up URL that make them sub accounts of a Mozilla account. Ones that have not. For the ones that not, we can't examine or edit users accounts and we should not use them. According to Boku service-ids that are visible are so because: "Because end merchant “mozilla_developer_1” is linked to the “mozilla-devs” reseller account, “mozilla-devs” can access the price points configured by “mozilla_developer_1” by specifying the ID of the service created in step #a (i). The ‘service-prices’ API call will be used to accomplish this (Page 17 of the Boku Technical Reference)." When a merchant-id and service-id comes in and we check it, we should see if we can check this too.
