Steps to reproduce:
1) install Firefox as limited user with roaming profile into user-selected location (eg. D:\firefox)
2) in options check the checkbox for firefox to check that it is the default browser on every start
Actual results:
1) firefox presents the "not default browser" on every run
2) after logoff URLs open in IE again
Expected results:
1) after selecting "yes" firefox no longer asks to set as default browser
2) URLs open in firefox, even after logging off and on
