If an email folder has a large amount of messages, the scroll bar will not display properly when scrolling. While the user is scrolling, the bar will scroll with the page, then jump backwards and start scrolling again.

Repro Steps:
Prerequisite: Be signed into an email account with 200+ emails in the inbox

1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140403000210
2) Launch email app, sign into account.
3) Rapidly scroll to bottom of inbox.

Actual:
Scroll bar jumps around erratically.

Expected:
Scroll bar smoothly and accurately scrolls from top to bottom

This is being address in bug 796474. However, it is a larger change, and not landed yet. But will mark this as a duplicate of that bug, as it will be the way forward for fixing this.
