Description:
 When setting a data usage alert in the usage menu, a usage bar will appear in the drop down notification screen. To the right of this bar there is a right-arrow icon(BuriScreenshot.png - taken on Buri devic w/ 1.4) that will take the user to usage controls. On the Tarako device (TarakoScreenshot.png) the bar overlaps the arrow.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140403004001
2) Tap Usage
3) Set a data use alert
4) Pull down the notification menu
Actual:
Usage bar overlaps right arrow icon
Expected:
Right arrow icon will be separate and dinstinct from the bar

The status flag says that this doesn't repro on 1.3, but the above comment says it does. Which is it?
