Step to Repro
1. Have camera
2. Zoom in and out a few times

Notice that the animation on the zoom bar is much smoother on zooming in than when zooming back out.

I think we should be using transforms only here. Avoid using left, top, bottom, width, height, etc for animations.

I just went back and watched tif's original video and in her video it looked like the zoom bar animation wasn't smooth going in either direction. The smoothness of the animation from her video and my video in Comment 4 look completely different.

It seems like the root issue was I needed to update Gecko. Once I did that, the animation looks totally smooth and I see what Justin sees in his video.
