991937 - Content update for /contribute (Get Involved Page)

Folks,

We need to update the current AMO section of the Get Involved Page to be Marketplace *and* AMO, with the following text:

Marketplace and AMO: 

Firefox Marketplace(link to https://marketplace.firefox.com) provides content — games, music, social apps and more — built with HTML5 standards and open source values. With contribution opportunities(link to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Marketplace/Contributing/Apps) at every skill level, it's easy to make an impact!

Add-ons are what make Firefox the most extensible and customizable browser available. Get started building an add-on (link to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/getting-started), and learn more about the different ways you can contribute (link to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Marketplace/Contributing/Addons).

And then have both items (Add-Ons and Marketplace) in the drop down so that people get the right auto-responder. 

This will, I realize, require localization.

Just to clarify: the current drop-down has "Add-ons", this will become "Marketplace and AMO" and the new text will go in the "Add-ons" section?

I'll be honest: I don't think that AMO is a good choice, it's internal jargon and that page is open to "outsiders" interested in the project.

Having said that: can we try to rely on a tag for this? Say "marketplace_section": locales with that tag will display the new text, locales without the tag will display the old one. This way we wouldn't block en-US from going forward. Once all locales are updated, we can clean up the code and remove the conditional.
