https://marketplace.firefox.com/api/v1/apps/rating/?app=twitter is our app ratings, but https://marketplace.cdn.mozilla.com/api/v1/apps/rating/?app=twitter is a 403. Any reason not to put this API on the CDN?

I filed this already as bug 989181, which means it's a good idea ;)
