When editing in source mode, line numbers would be a great help.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open new Composer document
2.Click on source

Actual Results: No line numbers to the left to indicate what code is on what line.

Expected Results: In some cases when coding with java or even regular html line
numbers can be a big help.
Confirming as I like the idea. Shortening summary a bit.

I don't really think this is a duplicate since that bug is for the browser and
this bug is for Composer. Composer's html source mode is completely different
from the browser's (since you can edit it). The feature set isn't the same and
can't be without implementing it twice.

I had already mentioned line numbers in the status area for composer in Bug
60436 and it was marked WONTFIX.

On bug 145652, I mentioned concentrating the source for view source and source
mode in composer into one set of code so we don't have to implement things
twice. If that is done, then this bug would depend on bug 15364.
Don't bother making this a preference, just do it. If people don't want it they
can use a skin or userChrome.css to hide it.

Robert, be careful because you're submitting the same comment many times.

Does anyone know what's the equivalent bug of this one but against Firefox?
Confirming there are no line numbers in the source view of latest firefox nightly build.
