Description:
Pressing the power button while in the FTU will make the phone timeout and user is unable to proceed through the FTU

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140404040204
2) Flash or reset device
3) At the FTU press the power button

Actual:
Screen goes black and user is unable to proceed

Expected:
The screen turns on and user is able to proceed through the FTU
