STR: 1. open a large standalone image, its original size needs to be larger than the Firefox window size 2. move mouse cursor over image (3. click on image to zoom in and out) Expected: mouse cursor should change to magnifier icon Result: mouse cursor does not change, stays the same as whatever it was before Regression: Last good nightly: 2014-04-01 First bad nightly: 2014-04-02 Pushlog: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=1417d180a1d8&tochange=4941a2ac0786
