User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140314220517 Steps to reproduce: Enter any location in Google Maps (old version, the new version doesn't have this feature yet), left click on the marker, click "More", "Send", "Car", select your manufacturer and try to send it to your car (in my case a BMW). Of course, you must have a car that supports this feature (plus an appropriate account with your manufacturer). Actual results: Nothing. Expected results: The selected location should have been sent to the car and appear as a message there, so that it can be used as a destination. I'm not sure what the latest FF version is where this feature worked (but it worked, as I can read in several forums). It does work in IE 10.
Send to car worked in ff 27 production. It currently does not work in ff 28 (including beta) and ff 29 beta.
With NEW Google maps (most recent update), send to car works with firefox 29 beta
ff beta 30 (load 6/2/14) has stopped sending to car (bmw). Sandwiched a ff destination between internet explorer destinations - ff went to message heaven, internet explorer arrived. I just got off the phone with bmw, they recommend chrome or internet explorer. Firefox is temperamental!
Hello. Does this issue reproduce on the latest version of Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/)? Thank you.
